Sincere sorrow over the loss of Mr. Pinto. I can't say that I knew him anywhere close to well but in our encounters in the neighborhood during his walks, he seemed like a cheerful guy who loved the sunshine. He could always be counted on for a smile and a friendly wave. Sympathy for all his family and friends.
