Obituary of Darlene P. Heffern

Lifelong Bridgeport Resident Darlene Milano Heffern, age 55, of Bridgeport, a lifelong Bridgeport resident, died on Monday, August 7, 2006 in St Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on May 27, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Mario and Gloria Stellabotte Milano. A graduate of Bullard Havens School of Nursing, Darlene was a L.P.N. employed at Harborside Healthcare Willows of Woodbridge and formerly employed by Bridgeport Hospital, 3030 Park of Fairfield and Maefair Health Care Center of Trumbull. Survivors include her husband of 29 years, Neil Heffern, two sons, Stephen Heffern and his wife Laura of Ansonia and Matthew Heffern of Bridgeport, a daughter, Caitlin Heffern of Bridgeport, an aunt, Marie Bevilock and her husband, Joseph of Asheville, NC, cousins, Brian and Joseph Bevilock, a niece, Pamela DiToro, a nephew, Brian Heffern and two sisters-in-law, Claire LaScola of CA and Bernadette Heffern of Bridgeport. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Friday, August 11, 2006 at 9 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10 a.m. in St Catherine of Siena Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport.
