Jackie and John, I was so sorry to hear of your father's passing. I could not make the service because I was in Florida. I will always remember your father as one of the good guys in the neighborhood when we were growing up. I can only hope that you both are at peace because of his life here on earth and the belief that he is truly in a better place-heaven. Mr. Dapp, it was a pleasure getting to know you over the years!! We had our moments, mostly all good ones but only a few bad. It was an honor to be referred to as your "left hand" man and taking all those rides around Bridgeport with you. You have now moved on to be with your wife Mary, who I did not get to know but I know your adored her and she had to be a special person. Make sure you watch over "the other pea in the pod", your daughter Jacqueline and your "right hand man, your son John III. You lived life to the fullest and you will be missed, Mr. Dapp!!!
