Obituary of Thomas G. Heaney

Thomas G. Heaney, age 35, of Bridgeport, passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday, November 17, 2015. Born in Mineola, NY, he was the beloved son of Thomas M. and Theresa Ondish Heaney of Trumbull. He was a 1998 graduate of Fairfield Prep and had attended both Iona College and Albertus Magnus College. Tom was a very caring, loving and outgoing person with a great love of music. He would always be there for anyone in need. He was a loving son, brother and uncle who enjoyed time with his family. He especially enjoyed and treasured the times spent with his niece and nephew. Tom will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. In addition to his beloved parents, Thomas and Theresa, survivors include a loving sister, Patricia Thorne and her husband, Joseph of Shelton, cherished niece and nephew, Catherine and Joseph Thorne, aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends. Relatives and friends may greet the family on Friday, November 20, 2015 from 4-8 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. All other services will be private.
