Dear Don and family, My sincerest condolences to you and your family. My apologies to you that I was unable to attend and pay my respects to Mimi and your family. I want you to know I will always remember Mimi kindly...with her full long wavy hair and big smile and of course her chiffon cake. She was always filled with pride talking about family here and there, everywhere and sharing memories with all of you. She will be missed. My sincere sympathy to Mr. Chin and the entire family. Mrs. Chin was my customer for many years at LaRose Pharmacy and then at Stop &Shop. She was a very lovely and gracious lady. She always had a smile on her face and a warm greeting. She loved her family dearly and always spoke very highly of them;especially enjoyed her trips to California to visit. I feel blessed that I had the opportunity to know and serve her. I will miss her and know many others will also.God's Blessings to you all at this time.

We would like to send our condolences to the family of Mimi Chin. I have had the pleasure of meeting Mimi with her daughter Cathy and son in law Michael Terry. She is a person that only having met once, you can still remember her welcoming and friendly smile. I can say her family was truly blessed to have her in their lives and I'm sure she will be missed by all!! I am very sorry for your loss and may she rest in peace now. Aunt Mimi (as I knew her via her nephew and my good friend, Ken) was such a wonderful lady. I only had the pleasure of spending time with her a couple of times, but the most memorable was in 1996 after Ken and I returned from traveling in Europe. I had lost about 25 lbs on the trip but thanks to Mimi's amazing cooking and insistence that I eat, I gained a good portion back. I'm not sure I can ever eat lobster again if not cooked by her. She was a really welcoming, kind soul whose laugh and smile were contagious and I am a better person for having known her and had the pleasure of spending time in her home. She will be missed. Godspeed.
