Christopher Wilson Collins, age 31, beloved husband of Adrianna Schultz Collins of Shelton, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 30, 2015. Born in Port Chester, NY on October 11, 1983, he was a son of William and Lynn Wilson Collins. Christopher was a graduate of Fairfield Prep and Colorado College where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry/Pre Med; he was scheduled to begin the Physician's Assistant Program at Quinnipiac University in May. He had been employed at American Medical Response of Bridgeport for over eight years as a phenomenal Paramedic, caring supervisor and role model. While in college, he was the founding member and leader of COOL Science, a program that continues to provide outreach to students in Colorado Springs and he also founded an EMS organization on campus to train the community and campus on CPR and first aid. In 2008 Christopher received the Fairfield County Life Saving Award from the Red Cross, the State of Connecticut General Assembly Citation, the State of Connecticut Attorney General citation and the Fairfield Fire Department for successful resuscitation of a cardiac arrest patient. One of Chris' many talents was being a professional photographer; his love for the art was evident in the photos he took of his children, family and friends. He is survived by his wife Adrianna and his two cherished daughters, Michaela and Audrey, as well as his parents, brothers and sisters, Elizabeth Collins and her husband Yuri Reinberg of Minneapolis, MN, William Collins IV and his wife Juliann of Hilo, Hawaii, Jennifer McCann and her husband Daniel of Yorktown Heights, NY and Ryan Collins of Boston, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
