Obituary of Caroline Fallon

Trumbull Resident Caroline DiScala Fallon, age 80, of Trumbull, beloved wife of the late Albert E. Fallon, died on Friday, March 23, 2012 in Lord Chamberlain Health Care Center, Stratford. Born in Westport on April 11, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Angelo and Margaret Gilbertie DiScala. Along with her husband, they operated Fallons Twin City Garage in Norwalk and Naugatuck. Mrs. Fallon was devoted to the Mother Mary, said the rosary daily and was a very strong woman of faith. She was a very talented seamstress who was always willing to make costumes or any type of clothing and such at any time without hesitation. She enjoyed working in her gardens and going to the beach. Her talents also include crocheting and made it look so easy. She was a devoted, caring and loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will always be remembered and missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her four loving children, Kathleen McGrath and her husband Kevin of Gainesville GA, Cindy McGuire and her husband Bill of Shelton, Scott Fallon and his wife Denise of New Port Richey, FL and Lynn Lewis and her husband Vernon of Trumbull, ten cherished grandchildren, Kimberly, Shannon, Michael, Caitlin, Billy, Chelsea, Leslie, Cassidy, Jeremy and Melany, three great grandchildren McKenzie, Brylee and Bryson; a brother, Vincent DiScala and his wife Virginia of Trumbull, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Space. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, New Canaan.
