Obituary of Kaitlin Elizabeth Fain
Kaitlin Elizabeth Fain, age 25, of Monroe, died suddenly on Thursday, May 20, 2010. Born in Bridgeport on February 28, 1985, she was the beloved daughter of Brian and Caroline Lawther Fain of Monroe. She was a 2003 graduate of St. Joseph High School and had attended Green Mountain College in Vermont. She was an incredible artist with a beautiful singing voice and will always be remembered for her great love of children and sense of humor.
In addition to her parents, survivors include two loving brothers, Luke Joel Fain and Jonathan Michael Fain of Monroe, maternal grandparents, James and Sheila Lawther of Fairfield, paternal grandmother Josephine Levine of Stratford, uncles and aunts, Lisa and Derek Buttiker of Trumbull, Kevin Lawther of Florida, Jaye and Victoria Fain of Fairfield, Diane Anth of Cummings, GA as well as several cousins and many friends.
Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Stephen Church, 6948 Main St., Trumbull on Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made payable to Brian and Caroline Fain to benefit the Christ Outreach Orphanage in Africa. Kaitlins brother Jonathan will be making a mission trip there in June.
