Obituary of Angelina Di Nicola

Resident of Stratford Angelina DiMarzio Di Nicola, age 88, of Stratford, devoted wife of the late Donato Di Nicola, died on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. Born in Abruzzi, Italy on February 11, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Elisabetta DiMarzio. A Stratford resident for the past 35 years, she worked as a seamstress for the Warnaco Corporation in Bridgeport. Survivors include two daughters, Elizabeth Dehner and her husband Jerry of Woodstock, GA and Alberina Bevacqua and her husband Michael of Stratford. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, William and Alicia Dehner of Roswell, Georgia, Steven Bevacqua of North Hollywood, CA, Lisa Bevacqua and Catherine Proto of Belleville, NJ, Christopher and Meganne Dehner, also of Woodstock, GA and great grandchildren, Katherine, John and James Dehner. She loved to knit and work on needlecraft projects, as well as cook and bake for her family and friends. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Friday, September 7, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. directly in St. Mark Church, 500 Wigwam Lane, Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Garden Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Relatives and friends may call on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
