Obituary of Elizabeth DeLibro

Resident of Huntington, Connecticut Elizabeth Betty DeLibro age 77, of Huntington, Connecticut died peacefully on October 16, 2006 surrounded by her family and friends at Bridgeport Hospital after a short battle with cancer. Mrs. DeLibro was the wife of the late Anthony DeLibro, founder of Airway Motors located in Bridgeport, who passed away earlier this year. Mrs. DeLibro was born in Bridgeport on August 12, 1929. Prior to moving to Huntington, Mrs. DeLibro lived in Stratford, and grew up in Bridgeport. She was an avid reader, exceptional at crossword puzzles and a huge baseball fan. Mrs. DeLibro was devoted to her husband and family and was known for her generosity and kindness. Mrs. DeLibro is survived by her loving and devoted son, Robert, and daughter-in-law Clare. Surviving family members also include Elizabeth Kelley of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Rita and Larry Regina of Trumbull, Todd Kelley of South Carolina and Robert Kelly of Stamford. She will be greatly missed by her family and countless number of friends. The family would like to thank the staff of the 9th floor MICU unit at Bridgeport Hospital and all her doctors for their kindness and exceptional care in the last days of her life. Funeral Information Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Friday, October 20, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in Huntington Congregational Church, 19 Church St., Huntington. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-8 p.m.
