Obituary of Anthony V. Clarizio

Norwich Resident Anthony V. Clarizio, age 78, of Norwich, died on Saturday, June 13, 2009 in the William W. Backus Hospital, Norwich. Born in Bridgeport on July 21, 1931, he was a son of the late Michele and Clementine Bocchino Clarizio and was a retired employee for McDermott Chevrolet. Survivors include two sons, Michael A. Clarizio Sr. and his wife Judy of Thomaston and Anthony Clarizio and his wife Liz of MA, four grandchildren, Jamie Lee, Cpl. Michael A. Clarizio Jr. USMC, and Anthony and Vincent Clarizio, a brother, Salvatore M. Clarizio and his wife Agnes of Trumbull as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. Relatives and friends may call on Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. Donations Information In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family through the funeral home.
