Obituary of Dennis Ceccarelli

Dennis Ceccarelli, age 63, passed away quietly on Sunday, January 2, 2011 in South Carolina with his family at his side. He was the former owner of Ceccarelli Electrical in Newtown, CT.

Survivors include his loving wife, Lynn Jersey Ceccarelli, son Dennis James and significant other Barbra Anderson, brothers Thomas and his wife Roberta Ceccarelli of Shelton, Raymond and his wife Janet Ceccarelli of West Haven, mother Angela Ceccarelli, brothers-in-law Lewis and his wife Susan Jersey of Derby, and Bruce Jersey of Trumbull. He also leaves behind several cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was pre-deceased by his father, Raymond Ceccarelli Sr.

He loved fishing, working on and restoring old cars with his son and also was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He was also a former member of the 242nd National Guard in Stratford.

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michaels Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Saturday morning from 9:30 am until the time of service.
