Obituary of Peter M. Cali

U. S. Marine Corps Veteran Peter M. Cali, age 85, of Trumbull, a retired employee of Avco Lycoming, died on Wednesday, March 1, 2006 in Carolton Convalescent Hospital. Born in Bridgeport on June 5, 1920, he was a son of the late James and Pauline Cannizzaro Cali and a U. S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II. A Trumbull resident since 1957, Mr. Cali was also the owner and operator of Calies Construction. He was pre-deceased by his wife, Beatrice Gammarino Cali, three brothers, Rosario, Salvatore and Joseph Cali and a sister, Rose Ronca. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment with military honors will follow in the Garden Mausoleum of St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
