Obituary of Frances Buonanno

Frances Greene Buonanno, age 85, of Southbury, formerly of Easton, died on Wednesday, August 24, 2005 in Danbury Hospital. Born in Stratford on November 4, 1919, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Catherine Greene. Mrs. Buonanno was a former Miss and Mrs. Connecticut. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Anthony Buonanno.

Survivors include six children, Anthony Buonanno and his wife, Eleanore of Stratford, Vincent Buonanno & his wife, Nancy of Stowe, VT, Victoria Luczak and her husband, John, Pamela McDougall and her husband, Pat, all of Roxbury, Michael Buonanno and his wife, Jane and Richard Buonanno and his wife, Nancy, all of Wolcott, VT, a brother, Milton Gryskiewicz of Milford, a sister, Wanda Guerra of Derby, thirteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will take place on Saturday, August 27, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Interment will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery of Easton. Family and friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m.
