Obituary of Anthony Vitello
Bridgeport Resident
Anthony Murf Vitello, age 80, of Bridgeport, a retired bricklayer, died on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at Maefair Health Care Center. Born in Bridgeport on November 25, 1925, he was a son of the late Michael and Angelina Sciaretta Vitello. A U. S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of the Bricklayers Union Local #2. Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Teresa DeMasi Vitello, two daughters, Lauren Pabis and her husband, Thomas of Bridgeport and Janet Piccirillo and her husband, William of Milford, a brother, Charles Vitello of Monroe, two sisters, Lucy Jarosko of Ansonia and Mary Abraham of Bridgeport, four grandchildren, Jason and Michelle Piccirillo and David and Adam Pabis as well as several nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to meet directly on Monday, October 23, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, 163 Ortega Ave, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 5 pm. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. Donations Information
