Obituary of Rita Ann Vetre

Stratford Resident Rita Ann Werner Vetre, age 76, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Frank F. Vetre passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Bridgeport Hospital. Born in Olyphant, PA on August 28, 1935, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Tillie Nebzydowski Werner. Rita attended St. Johns Nepomucene Elementary School and graduated from Bullard Havens Technical School where she received her training in hairdressing. Survivors include a brother, Frank Warner and his wife Helen of Fairfield, a devoted niece, Kathy McCollum and her husband Rick of Bridgeport, a special nephew, Matthew Warner and his wife Judy of Fairfield, two great nephews, Matthew and Mark Warner as well as many other nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband Joseph Yudichak and a sister, Frances Boughton. Funeral Information Funeral Services will take place on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. from the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 11:00 a.m. in Holy Name of Jesus Church, 1950 Barnum Ave., Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in St. Michaels Chapel Mausoleum, Stratford.
