Obituary of Raymond C. Smith

Shelton Resident Raymond "Ray Ray" Clark Smith, Jr., age 42, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at his home in Shelton. Raymond was a lifelong resident of Connecticut and graduated from Bullard Havens Regional Vocational Technical School in Bridgeport. He was most recently employed in the meat department at Stop and Shop in Bridgeport. Raymond attended several local area churches. He will be remembered most for his gentle and kindred spirit and was lovingly known to those close to him as "Ray Ray". He was pre-deceased by his parents, Judith of Stratford and Raymond Sr. of Shelton. Survivors include two brothers, Shawn Smith and his wife Rebecca of Shelton and Kevin Smith of New Haven, an aunt, Tina and her husband Christopher Tucker of Shelton, uncle, Charles Smith of Florida, niece, Stephanie Smith of Shelton, nephew, Josh June of Monroe, as well as several cousins. Funeral Information Friends can greet the family on Monday, October 10, 2011 from 4-8 pm at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home. 419 White Plains Rd. Trumbull. Interment will be Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at 10:30 am in Lawncroft Cemetery, Fairfield.
