Obituary of Thomas F. Smith

U. S. Navy Veteran Thomas F. Smith, Jr., age 81, of Milford, a retired sales manager for C. O. Jelliff, died on Wednesday, November 8, 2006 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Wood Haven, New York on March 19, 1925, he was a son of the late Thomas F. and Anna E. Deuter Smith Sr. and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Annamarie Weinschenk Smith, a son, Thomas F. Smith, III and his wife, Catherine of New Hyde Park, NY, a daughter, Darlene Knight and her husband, Michael of Trumbull, three sisters, Florence Smith of Bellerose, NY, Dorothy Walsh of Mount Sinai, NY and Mildred Guilfoyle and her husband, Peter of Tucson, AZ, four grandchildren Lori, Jack, Marie and Matthew, a great granddaughter, Katelin and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, November 11, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Stephen Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with military honors will follow in St. John Cemetery, Monroe. Friends may call on Friday from 4 to 8 pm.
