Obituary of Genevieve Seminoro

Resident of Bridgeport Genevieve Smith Seminoro, age 83, of Bridgeport, a homemaker, died on Thursday, October 4, 2007 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on July 4, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Auguste and Amelia Paquette Smith. She was a member of the St. Margaret Shrine Senior Club and enjoyed bowling with the Nutmeg and Circle Lane Senior Bowling Leagues. She was pre-deceased by her husband Angelo Seminoro, a brother, Auguste Smith and three sisters, Rita Hildebrand, Rita McCullough and Lucinda Foote. Survivors include two sons, Joseph Seminoro and his wife Arlene of Trumbull and Paul Seminoro of Bridgeport, two sisters, Irma Rilling of Southbury and Doris Roller of Morris, four grandchildren, Joseph Seminoro II and JoAnne Schuerlein, both of Trumbull, Michael Seminoro and Virginia Corey, both of Milford, three great grandchildren, Julia and Ava Schuerlein and Orion Corey as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Margarets Shrine, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Friends may call on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m.
