Obituary of Dana M. Salvato

June 24, 2009 Resident of Ansonia Dana M. Salvato, 64, of Ansonia, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport, CT, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Mary Federici. A graduate of Notre Dame High School, Dana attended Southern Connecticut State University and was recently employed at Saxon-Kent Lingerie in Orange. Dana was a longtime parishioner of Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia and took great comfort in her faith. She enjoyed attending Broadway plays and spending time with her constant childhood friends Sandy Heher and Murney Monahan. Dana loved to travel to Florida to visit her son and daughter-in-law and spend time at the beach. Dana is survived by her beloved son, Mark Salvato and his wife Holly of Vero Beach, FL, her devoted sister, Joyce Coffin of Shelton, her supportive nieces and nephews, Lee Coffin of Boston, MA, Daniel Coffin of Trumbull, Lynn Coffin, Melissa Camerino and Matt Coffin of Shelton and several great nephews and nieces who brought much joy to her life. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Lawrence Church, Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lawn Cemetery, Shelton.
