Obituary of Henrietta Reich

Devoted Mother Henrietta Waleski Reich, age 90, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late Edward J. Reich, died peacefully on Friday, April 30, 2010 at her home. Born in Naugatuck on March 23, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Zmyewski Waleski. An accomplished painter, Henrietta enjoyed gardening, traveling and skiing and was a longtime member of the Sterling Ski Club. She will be remembered for her love, care and devotion to her family. Survivors include three loving sons, Gerald Reich and his wife Janet of Hamden, Robert Reich and his wife Victoria of Illinois, and Kenneth Reich of Stratford, four cherished grandchildren, Lauren, Alexander, Ryon and Kyle, a brother, Daniel R. Waleski of Derby, as well as one niece and three nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers Eugene, Bernard and Leonard Waleski. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial.
