Obituary of Anthony A. Gallo

Anthony Alexander Gallo, Jr., age 34, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 15, 2008 in North Carolina. Born on March 12, 1974 in Bridgeport, he was the son of Anna DiMartino Gallo of Bridgeport and the late Anthony Alexander Gallo Sr. and was a life long resident of Naugatuck and Shelton before moving to North Carolina. In addition to his mother, survivors include his daughters, Savannah and Maia Gallo of North Carolina, special mentor, Perry Perno, his sister Rachael Grabowski and her husband James of Bridgeport, a brother Kevin Gallo and his wife Andrea of Naugatuck, his paternal grandmother Ramona Gallo of Shelton, three nephews, Giovanni and Luciano Gallo of Naugatuck and James Ji-Hun Grabowski of Bridgeport and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. In addition to his father, he was pre-deceased by his paternal grandfather, Anthony Gallo and his maternal grandparents, John and Jennie DiMartino. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church for a reading of the Liturgy of the Word. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. Donations Information In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund that will be established to benefit his children.
