Obituary of Robert A. Bonazzo

Robert A. Bonazzo Jr., age 25, of Trumbull, beloved son of Robert Sr. and Lisa Daniel Bonazzo, died suddenly on Saturday, July 20, 2013. Born in Bridgeport on June 28, 1988, he was a graduate of Trumbull High School Class of 2006. Robert was an employee of Acer Tree Cutting Service and was formerly employed by the Huntington Paint Store. He was a past member of the Police Explorers and volunteered at the Trumbull Center Fire Department. An avid sportsman, he was a fan of the NY Giants and the NY Rangers. He had many hobbies and enjoyments, especially hiking, fishing and riding his Harley Davidson. A music enthusiast, he loved to play the guitar and piano. Rob was a truly compassionate young man who had a loving and generous heart. Whomever, he came in contact with knew they were in the presence of someone who was honest, attentive and caring. Above all, Robby was a loving son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend. He enjoyed many good times with his family and friends and he will be truly missed by all those who knew and loved him. Rob will always be remembered for his truly infectious smile. He was pre-deceased by his paternal grandparents, Louis and Loretta Bonazzo and his uncle, Michael Daniel. In addition to his parents, Robert Sr. and Lisa, survivors include his brother, Airman E3, Christopher Bonazzo, U.S. Air Force, of Trumbull, maternal grandmother, Rosemary Leonetti Daniel of Stratford, grandfather, Stephen Daniel Jr., of Stewart, FL, aunts and uncles, Karen Daniel Kowats and her husband Donald of Newtown, Stephen Daniel III of Stratford, Louis Bonazzzo and his wife Carol of Shelton and Annette Dobbs of Stratford; his best friend Johnny Provenzano of Monroe as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
