Obituary of Thomas Pierelli

Thomas Paul Lefty Pierelli, age 71, of Bridgeport, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013. Born in Bridgeport on May 17, 1942, he was a son of the late Vito and Angela Pierelli and a U. S. Army veteran. He was a custodian for the City of Bridgeport School System for 15 years and a lifetime member of the Marchegiana Club. Survivors include three sons, Thomas Pierelli and his wife Christine of Stratford, Timothy Pierelli of Florida and James (J.J.) Pierelli of Bridgeport, a sister, Teresa Costello and her husband Joseph, eight grandchildren, Michael, Thomas, Laurie, Joseph, Anthony, Vincent, Angelo and Angela, two great grandchildren, Mikey and Serenity as well as many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a brother, Richard V. Pierelli Sr. and his former wife, Patricia E. Bernard Pierelli. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
