Obituary of Dennis Joseph Peterlin

Stratford Resident Dennis Joseph Peterlin, age 47, beloved husband of Anne Sterkel Peterlin of Stratford, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 5, 2013. Born in Euclid, Ohio on April 1, 1966, he was a son of Robert and Lois Gainar Peterlin of Willoughby Hills, Ohio. Dennis was a graduate of The Ohio State University and was a devoted Buckeyes Fan. He was a member of the Housatonic Boat Club, an avid sailor and enjoyed coaching his daughters soccer teams. In addition to his wife, Anne and his parents, survivors include two daughters, Megan and Halle Peterlin, two brothers, Douglas Peterlin and his wife Barbara of Boston, Robert Peterlin and his wife Kelly of OH as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Friends are invited to meet directly in Our Lady of Peace Church, 230 Park Blvd, Stratford on Friday, August 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Family and friends may call on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
