Obituary of Mary Fedak
Mary Mihaley Fedak, age 64, of Trumbull, died suddenly at her residence on Thursday, July 5, 2007. Born in Bridgeport on September 30, 1942, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Emma Buda Mihaley. A teacher for the Town of Trumbull with over 25 years of service, she was currently teaching at Hillcrest Middle School. She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Church serving as a Lector and Eucharistic Minister, a Religious Education teacher and a member of the Prayer Ministry.
Survivors include her children, Frank F. Fedak III and his wife Sharon of Monroe, Monica S. Johnson and Carl Johnson of Trumbull and Joseph B. Fedak and his wife Cathy of Trumbull, a sister, Susan Marra and her husband Anthony of Shelton, four grandchildren, Frank Robert Fedak, Hunter M. Johnson, Logan M. Johnson and Hannah Jane Fedak, her former husband, Frank F. Fedak Jr. of Trumbull, family friend Sabra Crecca of Trumbull, nieces and nephew, Ariana Mongillo and her husband Art of Hamden, Alfred Marra of Somerville, MA and Gabriella Marra of Shelton and a grand niece Katie Mongillo.
Funeral services will take place on Monday, July 9, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m.
