Obituary of Clara F. Ondecko

Trumbull Resident Clara (Claire) F. Rozycki Ondecko, age 85, a Trumbull resident for 56 years, died on Sunday, April 19, 2009 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on May 30, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Bronislaw and Stanislawa Zdanowska Rozycki. Mrs. Ondecko was a retired employee of General Electric with 44 years of service, was a member of the GE Quarter Century Club and was formerly employed by D.M. Reads. She enjoyed her many family trips to Cape Cod, took great joy in spending time with her neighbors, especially the children in the neighborhood and loved arts and crafts. She was predeceased by her beloved husband John J. Ondecko. Survivors include her loving daughter Barbara Pezzullo and her husband John of Trumbull, two sisters Alfreda Radomski of Trumbull and Estelle Adamkiewicz of Metairie, LA as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 11:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Entombment will follow in the Pilgrimage Mausoleum of Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service.
