Obituary of Charles J. Najjoum

Owner of Cut N Curl Salon of Beauty of Stamford Charles J. Najjoum Sr., age 90, beloved husband of Erminia (Gina) Bufalini-Najjoum of McLean, VA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at the Sunrise Assisted Living of McLean. Born in Lawrence, MA, he was the son of the late Samuel and Rose Elias Najjoum and was a resident of Bridgeport for over 65 years. A graduate of Danbury High School, Charles later went on to serve in the United States Navy during World War II. Before his retirement he was the owner and operator of Cut N Curl Salon of Beauty of Stamford for 45 years. In addition to his wife Erminia of 59 years, survivors include two sons, Charles J. Najjoum Jr. and his wife Karen of Potomac Falls, VA and Craig M. Najjoum of Stuart, FL, a sister, Gloria Caruso and her husband Rosario of Stratford, three grandchildren, Jason Najjoum of NY, Lindsay Najjoum of VA, Christopher Najjoum of FL, four nieces, Debbie Paolillo of Topsham, MN, Kathy Phillips of Lake Forest, CA, Sharon McFadden of Milford, CT, and Annmarie Spatola of Watertown, CT. and three nephews, James Bufalini of Bridgeport, CT, David Bufalini of Los Angeles, CA and Mario Bufalini of Oxford, CT. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Augustine Cathedral, Bridgeport for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with military honors will follow in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
