Obituary of Florence Bevacqua

Florence Meyer Bevacqua, age 69, of Trumbull and West Palm Beach, FL., died peacefully on Saturday, June 2, 2007 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport on June 8, 1937 she was a daughter of the late Edwin and Florence Sicilian Meyer. Mrs. Bevacqua was the retired Advertising Director for Henry C. Reid Jewelers of Fairfield. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed.

Survivors include her beloved husband of 48 years, William A. Bevacqua, Sr., three loving children, Renee Bollier, and her husband Dennis of Woodbridge; Yvette Baron, and her husband Wayne of Lake Worth, FL. and William A. Bevacqua, Jr., and his wife Jennifer of Niantic; five cherished grandchildren, Hunter Baron, Daniel and Lauren Bollier and Matthew and Robert Bevacqua, as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral services will take place on Thursday, June 7, 2007 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Trumbull, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in the Nichols Village Cemetery, Trumbull. Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday, June 6, 2007 from 4-8 p.m
