Obituary of Diane L. Lisi Ianniello

Resident of Fairfield Diane L. Lisi Ianniello, age 53, of Fairfield, passed away on Saturday June 9, 2012. Diane was born in Bridgeport on January 21, 1959. She leaves behind to mourn, her cherished husband, Mark V. Ianniello, her cherished parents, Bruno and Louise Lisi, her cherished brother and best friend, Bruno Jr. and her cherished sister and shopping buddy, Susan V. Lisi. Diane is also survived by her special and treasured niece and nephew, Mia and Daniel Lisi, her sister-in-law, Cara Lisi, mother-in-law, Clara Ianniello, sister and brother-in-law, Joan and David Christensen, their son David, Jr., her husbands children, Jaclyn, Ryan and Vincent Ianniello, and beloved step granddaughters, Kali and Alexis Ianniello. Diane is also survived by her adored Uncle Dom, Aunt Mary, Uncle Sal, Aunt Carolina, Aunt Gina, Uncle Jr., and Aunt Mary. In addition to 12 first cousins and their spouses and children, with whom she was close and loved very much. She also leaves behind many friends, colleagues, and acquaintances. Thank you for all of your help and kindness and care during Dianes illness. Prior to moving back to Connecticut, Diane lived in Manhattan, where she was a marketing director for 20 years and loved her job. Diane loved life, her family and friends, the Yankees, traveling, the ocean, theatre, reading, Larry David, Howard Stern and Bruce Springsteen. Most of all, she enjoyed relaxing on the deck and gossip-filled walks with her mom and sister. She was a passionate, compassionate and empathetic person. A lifelong hypochondriac and opinionated woman, she would want to have the last word and say, I knew this would happenbut not this soon. Diane will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered. Funeral Information Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Entombment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm.
