Obituary of Paul John Breslawski

Monroe Resident Paul John Breslawski, age 23, of Monroe, lost his battle with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy on Friday, October 5, 2012. Paul had a passionate love of politics and video games. He was an inspiration to all who crossed his path. Paul graduated from Masuk High School in 2007 and Sacred Heart University, Summa Cum Laude in May 2011. The Muscular Dystrophy Association granted him the Robert Ross personal achievement award for CT in 2011.Survivors include his parents, John and Ann Sophie Breslawski of Monroe, a sister, Heather Adinolfi and her husband James Jr. of East Haven, a nephew, James Adinolfi III (Jimmy), his maternal grandmother, Geraldine Anderson of Milford, PA as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, John and Winifred Winnie Monte Breslawski and his maternal grandfather, George Sophie. Paul will be sadly missed forever by us all. Funeral Information Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Jude Church, 707 Monroe Tpke., Monroe on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
