Obituary of Christopher Lee Mulligan

Christopher Lee Mulligan, age 18, of Newtown, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 28, 2012. Born in Taegu, South Korea on February 5, 1994, he was the son of Brian and Laura DiDomenico Mulligan. He had attended Newtown High School. Christopher enjoyed skateboarding and could often be found at the Newtown Skateboard Park. He was an artist and creative writer. He held a Second Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and was looked up to by the youth he taught at the American Institute of Tae Kwon Do in Monroe. In addition to his parents, survivors include aunts and uncles, Valerie and Geoffrey Coffin of Trumbull, Ann and Ron Hallett of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Kathleen Mulligan and Hugo Johner of Southampton, Long Island and Gerald and Carol Mulligan of Easton. He is also survived by cousins and other relatives, Geoffrey and Stacy Coffin and their children, Johnna and Tory, Trista and Frank Guilfoyle and their children, Tommy and Ryan, Kelly Caro and her husband Agustin and their daughter Ayden, Kyle and Marissa Hallett, Daniel Johner, Sarah Johner, Erin and Jim Cummings, Tracy Mulligan, George E. Mulligan, Craig and Perrie Sementilli and their daughter, Lauren and her husband Jason Neves, Stacey and Kevin OCoin and their children, Morgan and Tara as well as numerous friends. Funeral Information Friends are invited to meet directly in St. Rose of Lima Church, 46 Church Hill Road, Newtown on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Lawn Cemetery, Shelton. Family and friends may call on Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at The Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull.
