Dear Tanski family, May the Lord carry you all through this valley of sorrow in the palm of His hand. Debbie, we worked together at Van Doren way back in the 70's. We lost contact after we left there.

Rachel and my mom Toni were dear friends for close to 70 years, when my family would return to USA for the summers I would always look forward to staying with the Tanski’s. They were wonderful and always treated us like family. Over the years during a quiet moment I would remember and smile. Rachel and her family made my life special so many years ago and I remember oh so well. Rachel passed exactly one year to the day as my mother. Not sure what that means but to me that is special. Rachel I know my mom was waiting for you. Good bye until we meet again.

Rachel has been a family friend for 65 plus years. We were lucky when she became our back door neighbor. We could walk in here house at any time and be greeted with hospitality. We are left with many happy memories! Rachel is loved and missed.
