I remember when I first met Patty-she was laughing about my Tab and her with those adorable pigtails of hers. One of my favorite memories is being at my sister's house, sitting around the table while my dog Breckenridge was underneath, getting fed a second dinner by Patty when she thought no one was looking.
I also want to say thank you to her for working at Macy's, which kept my daughter beautifully dressed all those years.
We will miss you, Patty. Say hi to Issac for me.
With love,
Lori
A Thank you.

It has always been a real blessing to have met and known the Scarpelli family over these many years. Although Mrs. Scarpelli lived a long wonderful life of 98 years, she will be greatly missed by Carl, Donna, and the family. However, the wonderful memories of her will always be there. She has left this world, but is now with the Lord and we will someday see her again. Until that time, our prayers of comfort and condolences go out to the Scarpelli family. She was a wonderful person.
Larry, Pat, (and Joe)

We are extremely grateful to have been able to meet Patty during her beautiful trip on this Earth. Such a loving, humble, and sweet person. Speaking with her only had you wanting to learn more about her fascinating journey. The type of person you always wanted to hear more about - but this is why stories are for. Patty will continue to be with us as we share stories of her that we were blessed to experience. Our condolences to close relatives and loved ones.

Memories of her smile, her love, her hair in braids, I always felt a sense of calm whenever I was around her, touched by her kind, heartwarming ways.
Welcoming and hospitable she always made me feel right at home …she was the kind of woman that made sure you felt supported, comfortable and never alone.
Seemed the littlest things would make her happy, and found enjoyment in whatever she was doing by herself or with others. To me, it kind of felt like she was EVERYBODY’S mother.
I thank Patricia for being the mom and example she was and for Rona .. my soul sister and friend, caring for and loving her through everything and more, until her time here came to an end.
98 years of beautiful you… hardcore, genuine, authentic and true. Dedicated deeply to your family with pure loyalty and love, may you experience as much joy as you provided for all of us, blissfully above.

My best friend as a child was Rona. Growing up with her, Pat always treated me as one of the family. I spent countless hours in their home & Pat would drive us all over Greenwich in the ol' woodie station wagon. Ice cream sundaes off the back of the wagon, our hair blowing in the wind as we laughed our way through town. Pat was also my favorite all time Girl Scout leader. Rona & I made it all the way through Cadettes with Pat's never-ending generosity of her time & love. I remember sunrise mornings at Todd's Point where Rona & I helped Pat teach swimming lessons for the town of Greenwich. To this day, the sound of seagulls squawking over the beach brings me back to the comfort of those fond memories. Pat was always cheerful, loving and generous. In all the years of being part of the family, I can honestly say I dont remember a cross word coming from her lips. She was always a "cool mom", we had more fun with her than without her!
We will surely miss you, my lady!
