Kenny and I had many cherished memories growing up in Bridgeport. (little league, biddy league, boys club and high school rivalry) We were both blessed to grow up in those times. Over the past few years Judi and I were fortunate to reconnect with Kenny and Sandy and experience their deep commitment to friendship. The laughter and memories we shared will always remain with us. Bruno Family be proud of the husband, father and friend that your dad was.

I met Ken at the Ansonia Rod and Gun club where we had many long chats about his National Guard service. We discussed our health issues which we were both facing. We chatted about treatment options of various kinds. Ken was there for me and me for him in our prayers. He had a very chequered life that often run Parallel to mine. He was always a great conversationalist with interesting points of view. He will be sadly missed in our little family group at the club on Thursday.
My sincere condolences to all the Bruno family. God rest his soul and god bless those he loved dearly. RIP Ken safe now in Gods hands.

Ken and Charlie were great friends to my dad from their days at The Boys Club. At my dad’s wake they put a Boys Club pin on his suit, and I’ll never forget that. When I ran into Ken in recent years he loved to tell me stories about my dad and I’ll always cherish those conversations. Wishing peace and love to Sandy, Ronin and the rest of the Bruno Family.

I wish to convey my sincere condolences to the family of Kenneth Bruno. I had the good fortune of being with Ken, as we affectionally called him, in October,2025. Ken, Billie Riley, Ed Burns, George Easley and I ate at a diner in Bridgeport, CT. I had heard that Ken was sick. However, one would not be able to discern how sick he really was because he showed such abundant enthusiasm and his infectious smile while we ate. We had a such a great time together. Ken reminded us so much about the good old times in high school. Ken had an encyclopedic mind of all the sports activities during those years. He was so interesting to listen and talk to whenever you met him. Ken will be sorely missed not only by us but by his family. Rest in peace our dear friend, you shall always be remembered in our hearts and minds.

So sorry about Kenny's passing. Kenny's was always cordial when ever I would see him.I didn't know him as well as his brothers Jack and Charlie who were more my age.I did have the pleasure of knowing Sandy through the bridge group and I had two of his lovely children in my Math. Class at Flood.I got to witness Kenny's basketball prowess first hand as a teammate on the Bullshead Spirit shop with our friend Rich Sullivan. A real competitor, but first a devoted family man.Condolences to his family.
