Obituary of Beth Anne Federici
Beth Anne (Overly) Federici, age 69, of Milford, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Tony Federici. Born in Devens, MA, on May 14, 1956, she was the daughter of Norman and Jeanne (Dunham) Overly. Beth had a dedicated and successful career in the retail industry that elevated her from sales to Vice President in corporate offices from Connecticut to Manhattan before retiring. Beth was a lay leader at Golden Hills United Methodist Church, providing emotional and life support to the members of her congregation. She was a prolific reader and a voracious knitter. It wasn’t uncommon for her to create twenty treasured garments that she would share with family and friends throughout the year. She was a world traveler and most recently volunteered her time as a reader to grammar school children. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Beth was eternally dedicated to her two children, Andrew D. Collins of Milford and Sarah J. Collins, and her wife, Maria Moya of Salem, MA, as well as her loving husband, Tony Federici, and her most loving stepdaughter, Margaret B. Federici of Deep River. Other survivors include her brothers, Douglas Overly and his wife Trish of Bloomington, IN, Christopher Overly of Indianapolis, IN, and her sister, Katherine Overly of Cincinnati, OH, as well as several nieces and nephews.
