Obituary of Millo Bertini

Millo N. Bertini, age 67, of Trumbull, beloved husband of Leisa Somogyi Bertini, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 16, 2025 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 14, 1958 in Bridgeport, he was the son of the late Millo G. and Dorothy Guglielmoni Bertini.

Millo was the owner and operator of many successful businesses including, MTD Corporation, AGI Automation Components, Millo's New England Dry Stripping and Archangel Sim Racing. He was a founding member of the East Coast California Car Club.

In addition to his beloved wife of 42 years, Leisa, survivors include his loving sister, Donna Deecken, sisters and brothers-in-law, Barbara Meyers and her partner Gary Hurta, Kathy Wakeley and her husband Bob, Ted Somogyi and his wife Jackie and Tom Collins and his wife Doreen, cherished nieces and nephews, Richie Deecken and his wife Theresa, Tony DeBiase and his wife Alex, Michael DeBiase, Stephanie Meyers and her partner Kyle Sarcione, David Wakeley and his wife Meredith, Sara Reynolds and her husband Mitch, John Wakeley and his wife Terra, Andrew Collins and Paige Nagy and her husband Tom, 14 adored great nieces and nephews, Deanna, AJ, Zach, Nate, Michael, Ava, Gavin, McKenzie, Avery, Easton, Dean, Savannah, Addison and Hadley, as well as many dear friends.

Millo was a friend to all and a mentor to many. His kindness extended to any animal that crossed his path and there were too many to count. His spirit will live on in everyone who knew him.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family at a celebration of Millo's life on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 4 – 7 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull, CT. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions in Millo's name to the North Shore Animal League America.
