Magnificent Aunt Dottie, who guided me through decades of life. From the "get go" as a very young child, through the formative "teenage years" and later when trying to find my footing in early adulthood and beyond. Her caring, empathy, and rooted steadiness was a beacon of wisdom and solace. She proved that true love and caring has no limits. Stephen Tuck

OH NO
Bon Voyage Aunt Dottie! So sorry to hear - My EARLY, maybe 3 year old memories of Aunt Dottie were FRESCA, cigarettes and she had a swagger, and she was also always warm and sometimes LOUD but she would pull you in, as a kid for a hug. It was great growing up with this extended family and I have many warm memories of vacations. I remember we always seemed to be hunting down some type of cake? was that a game ? childhood memories are confusing. I also always thought of Uncle Bob as Charles Atlas like in his swim trunks and that he took a lot of vitamins. I was joking with Catherine thats why he is the last of the Mohicans men.
Condolences Uncle Bob, Sue, Debbie, Doug and the rest of your family.
All the Best

Dotty and I have known each other since we were five years old. We spent so much time together and have so many wonderful and fun memories. When we were about eight, we were at the Worlds Fair Pool in Flushing. We decided to jump in to the deep end together, but we were laughing so hard we almost drowned and had to be saved by the lifeguards.
My proudest memory was when Dotty was voted G.O. President of Grover Cleveland high school by her classmates. I just found out last week that the 1952 class had 3000 students. Now that was a fete,
Dotty was in my wedding in 1956. This is when she met the love of her life, Bob. As couples, Frank and I, Dotty and Bob, Dottie and Dick and Marion and Roy would get together for backyard barbecues and trips to Bermuda and Florida.
Now, Dotty, you are with Freddie and your mom forever in Heaven.

We are so sorry for your loss and will miss Aunt Dottie greatly. We always had a great time whenever we got to see all of you, although I wish it was more frequent. I will always remember our vacations as kids with the Czarks, the Tucks, and the Scaturros. What great memories! I will always remember Aunt Dottie's infection laugh and how my dad and her used to rib each other when they were together. She was a wonderful woman and great friend to my parents. She will be missed but not forgotten.
Love,
Dew and John

Fond memories, my friend, starting in the 50s and thereafter. Meeting Gladys and then introducing Marion and I to Pat - we were a group and had a bond. We enjoyed doing so many things together. What fun! Then came the guys - Bob, Frank, Roy, John, and Richard. Our group became bigger and still so much fun! You were a fun-loving, special person to all and you will be missed and loved forever.
From the other Dottie - Me! xxxx

Mrs.Czark was a kind and loving woman, and a great mom. As a kid in the neighborhood, she always made me feel welcome. Her house was clean, inviting and full of love. The Czarks loved to travel, and her refrigerator had magnets from various places, great conversation pieces.
Safe travels to Dorothy

My introduction to Dotty was when my son Bill decided to marry Debbie and Dotty was so welcoming and sweet. Many Xmas cards shared over the years as we lived in different states. And of course the many special events of Bill and Debbie’s life brought us together too. RIP you were greatly loved and will be missed.
