From Joyce:
To Elaine and her Beautiful family
I can't even put into words how I feel about this Huge loss of Ken. I am very thankful that Ken and I got to see each other. I am so very Thankful to Elaine. She took GREAT care of him. Theirs was a True love story. My story of Ken I can remember all the details. Janice and I had the mumps. Ken could not come home while we were ill. My aunt Margaret brought him to show his 2 sisters their new baby brother. Clearly I see Janice and I had on navy and white striped crop tops. I was only 2. We were on floor 6 but we saw Ken downstairs. We were so happy. I miss you all so much. We will all see KEN again. Again Thank You Elaine for your love of Ken and your Beautiful Children. I am so sad I can't be there Love you all. AUNTIE Till we meet again Ken I will think of you often

I’m so grateful to have Ken for my big brother. He was the only boy of 5, and he brought so much life and great memories into my childhood. So many treasured memories! My greatest joy of all was seeing the husband and father came became, which was truly the defining gift of his life. He made the wisest choice in marrying Elaine (my forever sister) and they created the most beautiful life and family. An indelible imprint and legacy…
Ken was also the smartest of the siblings, he was running a bank in his twenties and had an incredible mind for business. He always just did well, in an ever so humble way. And, he Loved our family beach vacations! Ken and Elaine made lifelong friends at the Shore, always returning to see them each summer. Ken was nicknamed ‘Chet’ at the beach and he was the central player of a warm and fun loving group that grew and grew over the years. Later on, Ken, Elaine and I traveled to Ireland and had a magical time with our amazing Finnegan cousins - a huge group! Ken’s life was full of joy, family, work, community (he helped so many) and an appreciaton for what really mattered at the end of the day, family and love. I will miss you Ken and will carry you with me. Until we meet again… Love Always, Jen
