Mr and Mrs Fisher were dear friends of mine at Kings Bedminster. They came to say goodbye to me about two years ago stating they were relocating and wanted to keep in touch. I remember them as happy, always on the move and ready to begin each day with a great attitude. Learning about Ginny was by accident as I was looking up another obit for a friend who recently passed and she too was a good friend. I will miss Ginny and all of our casual conversations just about life. With Sincere Sympathy, Stacey AROMANDO

Ginny was the heart and soul of the Bedminster Democratic Committee for many, many years. She worked tirelessly to keep the group alive and active and contributing to our community and is deeply mourned by many. She was also a great friend and cheerleader both inside and outside of the party. Truly, a great lady in every sense of the word.

Ginny was truly a remarkable, clever, funny, smart, caring and loving woman. I called her “Aunt Ginny,” because one, she was close with my mom, and two, “first cousin once removed” just doesn’t have the same ring to it. ;) I have been so fortunate as an adult to have continued my relationship with Ginny via delightfully long phone calls. It felt like a family embrace to be in touch with Ginny for insight and creative, clever, and curious opinions, questions and ideas. She and I always shared a special Girl Scout connection which I treasured. Of course we shared about each other’s families, and shall I even begin about all the Marlar family reunions we shared! So many fun memories! I will always carry her in my heart. Much love, Lisa Brown Tully

Our amazing “Marlar” family lost a beautiful matriarch. We will treasure times we had together with Ginny. She was an amazing storyteller, brilliant educated woman and funny, sweet “Aunt Ginny” to me. Sending love to all and so sorry I won’t be able to be at the service but will carry memories in my heart forever ❤️ Jen Brown Zajac
