Obituary of Sharon H. Lucia

Sharon Hixon Lucia, age 72, of Monroe, beloved wife of Peter Lucia, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 23, 2024 with her loving family by her side. Born in Stamford on May 8, 1952, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Stella Summa Hixon. Sharon was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was dedicated to the care of her family and treasured when they were together. She will be truly missed. In addition to her beloved husband of 48 years, Peter, survivors include her two loving sons, Michael Lucia and his wife Erin and Christopher Lucia and his wife Megan, four cherished and adored grandchildren, Arthur, Alice, Caroline and Maggie, a sister, Robin Bogdanski, two brothers, Bob Hixon and his wife Karen and Chuck Hixon and his partner Chris, a brother-in-law, Ron Lucia and his wife Debbie, as well as several nieces and nephews.
