Edward C. Hrostek III

Edward C. Hrostek III, 39, passed away on October 16th, 2022 and is now at peace. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on January 18th, 1983. A loved grandson, son, brother, cousin and friend, Ed will be missed forever. Blessed with an artistic talent, he loved to draw throughout his life and used his skills to tattoo. Music was such an important part of his entire life and he wrote and sang his own music. Ed had the best sense of humor and made everyone laugh, he gave so much of himself to so many people. Nature called to him and he felt best walking in the forest, at the beach or hiking. Ed was truly a beautiful and loving person with a heart that was too good for this life. He was taken from us too soon, but he is finally free.

He was predeceased by his grandparents, Granjan and Anthony Memoli, Robert “Zeke” Carroll, Lucille "Meme" and Edward Hrostek, his father Edward Hrostek Jr. and his Uncle John Carroll. He is survived by his mother, Julie Carroll-Giacobbe and step-father Joseph Giacobbe. His sister Tara Carroll. Uncles Paul Carroll and David Carroll. Aunts Lynn Walytok, Marita Carroll and godmother Annie Hrostek-Hobby. His cousins John & Melissa Carroll, David Carroll, Robert Carroll, Anthony & Chanelle Carroll, Dane Carroll, Julia Carroll, Paige Carroll-Lemos & Allan Lemos and his cousin's children. The Hrostek Family of uncles, aunts and cousins. Step brother Joey Giacobbe and step sister Alicia Giacobbe-Collicci.

A Memorial Service will be held to say goodbye and celebrate his memory on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 from 11am–1pm, with a prayer service being held at 1pm in the Abriola Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, CT, 06611.
