I am very sorry to hear that Leo passed away. We often chatted at church and discussed our prior law enforcement careers. He was a man of integrity who made the most of his time here on earth. I have moved to Florida and was unable to attend his services, but I have been praying for him here. God bless him and his family Dale Seymour

I well remember your gracious visit to my Dad, (Uncle) Alek Kay at Yale-New Haven Hospital when he had his first hip replacement. You and Dad had such a great visit and it really cheered him up! May your Soul rest in peace and Eternal Light shine upon you! Alexis Kay Scottsdale, AZ

I remember Leo from Burn Camp. He was supportive and made sure whatever was needed was there. I think he enjoyed watching the kids and the "the big boys" in all their games. He deserved the Lifetime Achievement and continues to show his support. He will be truly missed
